I created this blueberry and cream cheese dip by combining the following ingredients:

  • 460g cream cheese (beaten until fluffy and smooth)
  • 1 punnet fresh blueberries (gently processed, you want them chopped not pureed)
  • ground cumin (to taste)
  • ground coriander (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

The dominant flavours are the black pepper and the cumin. The coriander enhances the cumin. The blueberries provide colour, texture and a subtle foil of sweet against savoury.
