For this year’s free Eid printables, I came up with minimalist monochrome designs that are within crafting reach of anyone with a home printer, a pair of scissors and some type of adhesive. They’re also simple enough for kids to put together.
The printables include a mini treat box (based on these ones from last year), a gift envelope (designed to print on A4 paper) and an A3 sized sheet of wrapping paper (which you could take to a print shop or downscale to print at A4 at home).
The wrapping paper can be used for gifting, lining trays, as placemats or papercraft material.
I am a freelance writer and photographer (look for me as ShootCake). I have an MA in Creative Writing from Rhodes University, Grahamstown and my first poetry collection, Zikr, was published by uHlanga Press in 2018.
I would like to one day create a confessional recipe book in measures of rhythm and breath.
