How can I create a similar Washi tape under card cutout? I wanted to create wedding invitations.

Hi Nonceba.
It’s very simple.
The first step is to create your base card by sticking down strips of washi tape.
You’ll then take your card with the cut-out pattern and stick it above the washi taped card. I handcut this card, but if you’re creating wedding invitations, you may want to get those machine or laser cut for convenience.
