Waldorf Slaw for Supper

The Ice Cream Everyday Rough Guide to Waldorf-style Coleslaw

Mix:
Half of a small red cabbage
Half of a small green cabbage
One pear
One Granny Smith apple
Handful of walnuts
Fresh basil to taste
Fresh dill to taste
Honey to taste (Koo sent me a bottle made by the bees who pollinate their butterbean flowers)
Good quality mayonnaise (about two tablespoons)
Full-cream Greek-style yoghurt (about half a cup, depending on how runny you like your slaw)
Salt to taste

I could easily at an entire bowl of this for supper. And I did.
